Phindile has made significant contributions to the South African Film & Television industry through her dedication, service, and comprehensive experience as a Script-Coordinator, Scriptwriter, Story-liner, TV Content Researcher, and Creative Producer.
Over the past 8 years, she has dedicated herself to creating and managing a diverse range of educational and entertainment content for various television platforms. Her career has also expanded to include lecturing, adding another dimension to her diverse skill set. She holds a B-tech in Film & Television Production, majoring in Scriptwriting and Producing, from the Tshwane University of Technology.
As a seasoned writer for the SABC 1 soapie, Skeem Saam, she was part of the team that won the first-ever Royalty Soapie Award for Outstanding Writing Team in 2020. Following this achievement, she went on to work with multiple media production houses, including Urban Brew Studios. In her role as a Creative Producer, she has overseen popular shows such as Clash of the Choirs, Young, Famous and African, and Khumbu’lekhaya.
